I've only seen my Landlord twice in the 2 years I've been at my shop. That's good as far as being able to do whatever the hell I want and not ever having to worry about him getting into my business. But its bad when something breaks cuz he aint gonna fix it. The light switch in the bathroom shit the bed, so now I have an extension cord running in there to an old lamp. So today its electrical repair 101. Wish me luck.
